and more changemakers joining every week.
Every changemaker verified by a real person before going live.
Rayz connects you with grassroots changemakers doing real work in their communities. You support them with a small amount each month, around £4, and they show you what it makes possible through short video updates called CapturedLives™.
Local changemakers and grassroots organisations, usually small and often overlooked by bigger funders. Each has their own profile where you can see who they are, what they do and the updates they’ve shared.
Every changemaker goes through our verification and development pathway before they can receive support. We check their work and their presence on the ground, and a real person reviews every application.
A direct line to the work. Your changemaker posts short video updates from the field, so you can see what’s happening, who it reaches and what’s changing. No glossy annual reports, no guessing.
Between £3 and £10 a month, you choose. Rayz doesn’t keep any percentage of your donation. If you cover the card processing fee, 100% reaches the changemaker and their community.
Your donation goes to the Rayz Foundation, a registered UK charity, which pays out to verified changemakers every month.
Yes. You can change your amount or cancel your monthly support at any time from your account.
The Rayz Foundation, a registered charity, number 1182685. Ten years spent working alongside community leaders on the ground from Brazil to Sudan, more than 400 of them, and over £1.5m into grassroots work. We kept meeting people doing brilliant work with none of the tools to show it, so we built this.
Pick a changemaker on this page and view their Rayz profile, then come back here to register your interest in the beta. Or just register now and explore changemakers once you’re on the platform. We’re in beta with a small founding cohort, so whoever you support, you’ll be one of their first.
If you’re a changemaker, head to the Rayz Foundation section at the bottom of the page and register your interest to start the verification process.
